The course starts in the heart of campus on University Avenue and winds through campus, takes a jaunt along the scenic Mississippi River with a stunning finish at TCF Bank Stadium...soon to be the most talked about race course in the Twin Cities!

GOLDY'S 10 MILE RELAY

New this year is Goly's 10 mile relay! Find a friend and run Goldy's as a team. Each person will run a 5 mile leg and exchange halfway through the 10 mile run.
Instructions

Runner 1: Start time of 8:00am and run to mile 5 exchange zone. 

Runner 2:Load bus at 7:40am at University and 23rd Ave and get transported to Mile 5 Exchange Zone. Bus will leave at 7:50am. Bring a bag with your warm ups and teammates post run clothes. You will be able to wait on bus until teammate arrives. Make sure to have a ballpark time of when to expect them.
Exchange Instructions
Runner 1 exchange bib with Runner 2 at Exchange zone - 5 mile mark (race belt simply unhooks and re-hooks)
Runner 2 run to finish at TCF Bank Stadium
Runner 1 Take bus back to TCF Bank Stadium
